Evolution?

This is what ticks me off a little. Now, I know, I’m just a guy with no knowledge in to the working world of the suit-people, but why knock down a building, put up a sign with the word ‘EVOLUTION’ on it and leave the land empty for a year? Is that evolution?

The block of buildings they demolished were fine and were in use. Wouldn’t it make sense to leave them there till the works going to begin? It just makes me see that these places are still working under an old style of thinking.
